Four steps to confirmed guardianship
A straightforward path from initial documents to an officially recognised guardianship that is accepted by UNNC and the Ningbo Immigration Office.

Download & Sign Documents
Download the Guardianship documents, complete every section, and have all parents/legal guardians sign where indicated.

Make the Payment
Settle the service fee per the invoice issued by NNTC. Bank transfer details and the official invoice will be provided upon request to ningbo@china-guardians.com.
- Locate payment information in the Guardianship Service Agreement (downloaded in step 1).
- Put student's full name and date of birth in the payment note.
- Keep the payment receipt or bank transfer confirmation for the next step.

Email the Checklist Documents
Send the full package to ningbo@china-guardians.com using the checklist below.
- Use the student's full name and date of birth as the email subject.
- Attach the Guardian Application Form (if not submitted online).
- Attach the signed Guardianship Service Agreement.
- Attach the payment receipt or bank transfer confirmation.
- Send the email with all attachments to ningbo@china-guardians.com.

Receive Guardian Confirmation
NNTC assigns a qualified guardian from the volunteer pool and provides required documents including stamped Guardianship Service Agreement, Guardianship Letter, and a copy of the China Guardian ID.
What happens next
- Student completes apostille and submits documents for application to UNNC.
- Upon arrival, student gets connected with China guardian to go to Ningbo Immigration Office to apply for the Student Residence Permit.
- If the student does not enrol at UNNC, a 70% refund could be applied via email request.
